I was referred to UPG by a friend and recently became a new patient. They are really big on referrals, they always ask you if you have a friend to refer, it's almost like they expect you to give them new patients, it's annoying and abrasive. The equipment and office is old looking, some of the employees know what they are doing, but then on some days they are extremely rude and rush you. After talking to some of the other patients their turn-over rate is high which leads me to believe something is wrong on the management side. If you need a good adjustment, this is the place to go. If all you need is an adjustment, pay cash and do not your insurance because then they pressure you to see their doctor. What I think is fishy is how I need to see their doctor and PA in the same week. Be wary of starting treatment here if you don’t want to be hustled. I discontinued treatment because they were billing my insurance for services I did not receive.
Pros: adjustments and massages are part of your treatment
Cons: rude employees, rushed service, billing mistakes
