Exams and Glasses cost much more than other places in town. You are forwarded to a messag service when you call because they rarely answer the phone. They are not open at all on Fridays. \r When I went in to have my new glasses adjusted to fit my face they broke them while adjusting them and strung me along for 2 weeks telling me each day they would be ready and they were not. \r When I finally asked them to refund me for the glasses so that I could go somewhere else the manager refused. She was vary rude hung up on me.\r I thought that I would get better glasses and better service if I paid more to go there, but that was clearly not the case!
