The only negative (con) I have was initially after I made my first appointment I was given a day that they don't perform the services that I needed. I was not informed of the correct day until I had already driven over there. (Pro)\r
I called today 9/4/09 to schedule an appointment and spoke to a lady named Laticia. She was very professional, courteous, and instead of just making the appointment she actually called the clinic to verify that today was the right day for the service I was trying to receive. I may have been on hold for about five minutes but it saved me from a blank trip and/or gas wasted. There are times when you have a negative experience that it needs to be known, but just as well should positive feedback be given. Thank you Laticia and staff for Dr. Dharma's clinic.
