I just got married in July and I hired Nadine to do my cake because I had spent years in the wedding industry as a DJ for weddings and knew that Nadines Cakes were one of the best tasting in Cleveland. (I have had wedding cake every Saturday for the last 20 years) My finance and I had decided on a wedding with classy cottage style, my family had a cottage up on the islands growing up and we wanted an event with an elegant cottaqge garden feel. Nadine created what my guest called the most beautiful cake. Not only did she nail it on the design, the cake was awesome. My top layer was her almond cake with ameretto filling, my middle layer was her classic white cake with raspberry filling and our bottom layer was chocolate with a chocolate cream filling. We did not have one piece left over for us to take home. My husband missed out on the cake because everyone grabed it so fast, that I had to order another cake a week later so he could get a nice piece of cake. We loved it. I have since ordered a cake for a baby shower and two birthdays. If you havn't tried a cake by Nadine, you have got to stop in and taste test. Thier is something special about her icing, it is sweet but not overly sweet. It is like heaven.
