Its a small complex & it looks good on the outside but lemme tell you, ITS NOT a nice place to live. Things always break & they take forever to get to fixing it. Kids are allowed to run free, unattended and scratch your car & throw toys wherever. Laundry area gets broke into then you cant wash for 2 weeks, pool is always closing cuz they wont clean it and the county shuts it down. The owner is a cheapskate and rarely approves anything (repairs, etc) but boy, you had better have your rent in by the 1st or its a $50 late fee. I promise you, DONT fall into this trap...they have good move in specials and then youre stuck in a lease. Its hard to get to after hours maintanence, manager has no previous experience & its shows (though friendly mostly). No one is very friendly here. Druggies & rapists are allowed to live here, honestly...im not exaggerating... move in and you will see!
