It's not fancy. Very down to earth with reasonable prices. We've been taking our pets there for almost 30 years and they've done a great job, including the down times when the decision had to be made that a pet had to be euthanized. They call to let you know how your pet is doing after surgery but I think it's really to find out how you're doing. They don't try to sell you all kinds of extras or make you feel guilty if you don't buy special foods, supplements, etc. They are there when you need them and I know they do a lot of charitable work for the good of animals, not themselves.
Pros: Sensible, affordable care from caring people
Cons: None for me, but don't expect a ""spa"" setting.
