Do NOT work with this company! Our family has a cattle farm in Illinois, so we're very aware of how much meat comes from a typical cow. We gave them two cows for butchering and received roughly HALF of what we should have received. They are totally skimming off the top and keeping our meat. They also gave my meat to someone else, so I had to call the four people who split the cow to find out where it went. Very unprofessional and unorganized...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
