West Appliance came to my home to repair my front load washing machine. He spent 1 1/2 hours diagnosing the problem but only charged me for one hour - for a temp fix. He failed to diagnose a bad belt. We made an arrangement for him to come back when it failed completely. He was going to research the problem and secure the necessary part. We had a scheduled appointment. He failed to show. I called when he was 30 minutes late, left a friendly message that I would be around all day. He never showed, called, and won't return my messages. He charged me $86.51 - I assumed it would be applied to his next visit.
