So looking at belvedere towers you think you are getting a good deal because free parking and the costs for the apt are low...but renter BEWARE because there are no individual meters for electricity/water/etc, sooooo you get a huge bill of about 240 a month on utilities, so it doesnt matter if ur energy efficient and barely use electricity bc your bill will always be more or less the same
