I am a frustrated bride along witht the rest of you. I wanted to pass along that I went to The Spoiled Lady in Columbia & they were aware of the situation & doing everything they can to help these brides out, they located my dress and it is on its way there. They are only charging me what it costs them to get the dress in and advised me to dispute the charge on my credit card. I couldnt have asked for better customer service and compasion during this HORRIBLE ordeal. Whitney & Dee have gone above & beyond considering i didnt even use them as my bridal store, but would never recommend anyone but them again. Please the visit The Spoiled Lady in Columbia..they are wonderul!
