I just returned a missed call from this company's phone number and the operator who answered was too stupid for words. I simply tried to tell her I was returning a missed call, and she told me there are over 100 companies that might have called me....and after I explained why I called back, she hatefully asked me if I 'just wanted to talk to her'....I said no and hung up. After reflecting on it, I decided to call back and ask for a manager...told her I didn't appreciate her attitude, and then she had the nerve to say ""l'll tell you what, if you want, it will take a couple of days, but I will connect you to every one of the extensions so you can find out who called you."" Again I asked to speak to her manager and she told me she didn't have one. Whoever she is, she was a rude smart-alec who has no business speaking with telephone customers, and I don't doubt if she had to deal with customers in person someone would eventually sl*p her face...
