I have shopped here for years running and always had a good experience. Even in the middle of big events such as a tournament, the staff are always willing to help any need. Sean and Kendra know their merchandise and are helpful with any task, whether its a gift for a relative or finding the right addition to an army in miniature games. A healthy selection regardless of one's particular obsession/ addiction can be found here. I am proud to say that several hundreds of my hard earned dollars have found their way into the cash register at Z Games, and I have never been disappointed. One may save paying taxes by shopping in Portland or online, but the customer service here is irreplaceable.
Pros: Service, selection, sales and fun activities.
Cons: Far removed from metro area. You will spend all your money.
