The customer service was great during the process of designing and constructing our pool. Once that was complete the good customer service started dwindling and is now non-existent. It takes multiple messages and at times a 1week and a half to get a call back with no apologies. I reported a problem regarding pool features that have stopped working 1 month ago. It took 3-4 phone calls to get it addressed. Supervisors/managers don't return calls either.
Pros: Great pool construction
Cons: Bad customer service
