The pharmacist that was on duty Friday afternoon was hollering and being very unprofessional!! A lady was sent in by the diabetic clinic of CMH and was told she could get her supplies for her freestyle lite meter. The pharmacist was yelling that he wanted to know how they were going to get paid for the stuff!!!! They came out to the counter 2 or 3 times trying to tell her she had to pay for her stuff. She had no insurance and no job and they told her at the clinic that she could get her stuff free. From what I got was that the clinic must have got an earful from the pharmacy too because the lady working there said they called and said they were pulling their account and the pharmacist said that he did not care and he wanted to know how they was going to get paid!!! They gave her the test strips but would not give her the lancets. Now it was bad enough being a costumer and hearing all this but that poor lady was so upset, no one deserved to be treated like that and the pharmacist needs to have his peers hear about this and something needs to be done to assure that that kind of unprofessional behavior never happens again!!!
