Do not let Juan's warm smile and friendly nature at Pak Mail on Wiles Rd. fool you. Although e was sooo supportive in helping me get 3 barstools from FL to NJ.....but once one of the three arrived damaged he referred me to the shipping company and then disappeared. He has NOT ANSWERED or RETURNED any of my phone calls. My claim was ""denied"" and is now in the ""appeal"" phase, Juan continuous to not return my calls...for obvious reasons. HIS POOR PACKING JOB IS WHY MY CHAIR ARRIVED DAMAGED! Period. If possible, bring your business elsewhere as there are so many competitors. Lo siento, Juan!
