I had windows installed, which I LOVE and enjoyed the experience. The men were wonderful and so was the job, but I also had an awning installed, which I loved until it rained. That was in July. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. The contractor has been by twice and all I have gotten is a run around with him. Tony should come by at the completion and check his jobs himself. I feel that someone should have come by and checked where it was leaking while it was raining or at least looked at the video I took, but that did not happen. Also, it seems that the distance to my house became an issue so I had to wait for it to be convenient for THEM to come, but it was different when they came to do the contract or to pick up a check. Tony PROMISED he would have it fixed this week. This is Tuesday. We will see.
