This is a horrible laundry mat! The owner put in a system where you have to deposit $1 non refundable just for a laundry card, and then put in money to the card for your load. If you have spare money in the card, the owner doesn't refund it back. I've spoken to him to ask for my money and he's very disrespectful. He said, ""There are no refunds. Do you know how many people come here and ask for their money back??"" WTF! They ask for their money back b/c it's rightfully theirs! I've never heard of such a thing. If I go to Kinko's, which also requires a card, they actually refund your money back regardless of what is in the card. This owner is UNETHICAL and quite frankly really doesn't care what his customers think.
