I really wanted to install a nice wooden screen door on my house. I worked with Valley Sash and Door, and thought that I was going to get great service....however, it took 11 weeks to get the merchandise. Additionally, I was sold hardware for the door that didn't even fit. When I questioned as to why the hinges were too large for the door, my reply was: ""We only have one size, if you want one that fits, you'll have to go to Home Depot"".
Cons: Very slow service.
