I have created a yahoo group ""Genesis rei investors"". There are many lawsuits against them and no investor has been given their money back.
Check the internet postings by both myself and others to verify this. I am also happy to provide Index filing numbers of the judgements against genesis.
To this day, they took $50,000 of deposit, $6000 of rental money, which they never gave back to me.
