The technician was extremely knowledgable and curtious. He came out in the time frame I was given and even gave me time to leave work and meet him at my home. My dryer was repaired quickly and has been running great ever since. I also scheduled my appointment on their website and got a 15% discount on my repair! I would highly recommend them.
