I have to admit, when Charlene was appointed as the CFI, I made the mistake or reading these reviews and expecting the worst.
She presented herself as a professional through and through and made a very fair recommendation.
Obviously, the reviews below are from individuals who she did not support in their divorce or from individuals who may have very serious emotional and/or parental issues. I found that Charlene was able to see through the act being presented and actually looked at the best interest of the child, not the spouse trying to destroy another individual.
Pros: Very fair and Professional
