I work 3d Shift down the street from Walmart. It just so happens I'm off at 0745/0800, the same time the Oil/Lube/Tire Section is open (Or should be). I try very hard to get things done after work so I don't have to drive home and then go back out. (1 shot 1 skill theory Remove the s from Skill and you'll get it. I can't use the correct word , it's deemed inappropriate)) I arrive usually just before 0800 and most times I am first in line! The sign on the door clearly gives the open close times as most businesses do. Open 0800 (8 am) well apparently the employees seem to think that means he or she is pulling into the parking lot. I guess in my pea brain that means at 0800 we are here, setup complete, first vehicle pulling into the bay to have work done. Oh no! to the employees that means arrive at 0800 then begin the setup and eventually (15 or 20 minutes later) we'll get the vehicles in and really start work. I can not tell you how many times this has happened at the Clinton Walmart. Now you have a customer, who's pulled a shift is tired and crabby, needs this work completed so he can get home and help around the house for a bit, until a nap and back to work. I have shouted from the mountain tops what a crappy operation they run and I will convince all who see me about their service. 0800 Doors up and ready to work. Call me, ""Never again at Clinton Wal-Mart.""
