I used them in 2007. I was originally very impressed by the customer service offered by this company. For a 2500 square foot home with lots of windows, they quoted me $150. However, a few days later I realized that one of the contacts for the alarm system in one of the windows was damaged, requiring $150 in repairs. Recently I discovered that many of the screens are broken/ripped. They didn't put them back where they originally went and were put in upside down, requiring that I replace them. So, although it was inexpensive, in the long run it cost me much more!
