Hello, I had to get on here and give my props to South Bay Appliance. We had another company out here in San Jose that said our LG refer could not be fixed, we called LG and they recommended South Bay Appliance, before they would take further action. South Bay Appliance came out and told us the sealed system was bad, LG had the part to them in 2 days, and in this hot weather we have our refer back. Our family highly recommends this company. And thank you City Search, for having this site to let the public know.
