I'm sorry I have to disagree with the first review completely. I found this location online and I was really excited and drove 20 minutes to get here because I was looking for fabric to make favors for a bachlorette party I am throwing this weekend. Well, this place is located in the heart of downtown Carrollton. I walked in The Old Craft store and the lady saw me and did not even speak to me to or tell me hello or ask how am or I'll be with you in a minute--nor did she even smile at me. So I had to go looking through the store by myself and then I looked at her again like I needed help and she gave me a nasty look but she was being really helpful to the other Caucasian customers that were in the store. So we went and asked another lady who works in their Post Office section and she was smiling when she talked but she was really short with us like she wanted me to hurry up and get out of the store. ""We don't have that."" and that's all she said. It's just really sad to see that racism still exist nowadays. I knew it still did but it's bad to run into it. I left there feeling so borrible and sad. I didn't do anything to those people for them to treat me that way. I was just another paying customer like anyone else there. I don't recommend going there if you are not Caucasian or if you support minority justice. I work in customer service so I know what you should and should not do, but even me working in customer service has nothing to do with how worthless I felt after leaving that store. I ending up going to Hobby Lobby --I didn't know they had a fabric section---where I was treated with respect and kindness. I rarely review places, but this experience was so horrible that I just had to let everyone know about it.
Pros: they have a post office inside the store
Cons: they are not friendly or helpful.
