I have had my dog groomed here & they do OK but when it came time to boarding, that was a different story. I asked to see the boarding facility to find it was quite sad, a bit dirty & in a basement . Dogs looked starved for attention & the ""kid"" that showed me around didn't even give these poor dogs a glance. The facility itself is in need of updates & i noticed that some of the dogs looked a bit crammed in their cages. I know that animals can be messy & they may destroy some things in a place like this, but I personally could not go away knowing that my pet was going to be staying there. This place is always busy so I don't think it's asking too much to put some money into the boarding facility for these poor guys.
