Initially friendly and helpful before and during sale, but attitude changes afterward. little or no cooperation with problems and failure to honor warranty on new $4000.00 trailer, costing me $500.00 out of pocket. Also given wrong spare, and no cooperation trying to exchange new equipment costing@ $4000.00 that I was unable to use.
