This company was hired to build a roof for us last year. After the payment was done, a couple of months later we received a letter from the supply company they used that a mechanic's lien was placed on our property because NorCal Roofing failed to make payment for the materials. A few months later we get sued by the supply company because payment still wasn't made by this so called company. We had to reach a settlement and we turned around to take legal action against NorCal Roofing. The owners had the audacity to not even show up for the hearing! Now this company gets to walk and we are left, with many others I presume, stuck with paying more than what we bargained for!
