After clearing my schedule to view a Turn-Key property I was called the day before our appointment and told they offered the property to someone else. All this ater I accomodated their appointment time by delaying my trip to the area. The incredibly rude Portia at their office was cold and curt from the start. She waited for hours to return my call and neglected to inform me that other applicants were applying for the property in question until it was too late. The whole experience left me knowing beyond the shadow of a doubt that Turn-Key has no desire in attracting my business, as if being in the rental market makes me some sort of undesirable person who should feel lucky to receive poor service.
