The problem is their maintenance. They are EXTREMELY cheap when it comes to repairs -- they will rig-up repairs instead of spending the money to get it done right. Pay has been cut 25% for all personnel, and many people have quit. Some of the maintenance men are not experienced and have no idea of how to perform many of the needed, routine repairs common to apartment buildings!! They used to have a couple very good maintenance men, but they have quit due to the pay, the fact that they were overloaded with too many properties to handle, with no extra needed help, and the refusal of the management to spend the money that is needed to do repairs right the first time!!!
With these people, you have to balance the good location of some of the apartments versus the quality of maintenance received by their tenants!!
