I came in to have a disaster corrected from a cut at another salon. Jessica cut my hair. She was very professional, and asked a lot of questions about my hair to make sure my cut would work for me. It looks great! I have been back once since then for maintenance and received great service. She did advise me to call for an appointment, as the salon limits her hours; therefore her schedule can be limited. I came in both times on a weekend and did not have a problem.
