A couple of weeks back (09/09/009) my wife & I went to Frank's in Vinton. After we waited for over 40 min. for our order & seen other tables served that had arrived after we did. Our food was severed very cold. We asked our server to replace our food. She was not happy about our request. After another 20 min- no food. I did ask if she could check on our food, but she never went to the kitchen. We had to go & at that point did not want to eat there. When we went to pay for our drinks I asked for the manager. Our server said she was the manager. She told us that our second order for food was put behind all others that had been placed ""too be fair to everyone"". I tried to get in touch with a general manager or owner, but several calls have not been returned. This is a shame, because we did like eating there, but NEVER AGAIN. I understand that there were busy that night & can understand a problem with service, but I will never understand a server let alone a manager being rude to a customer. I would love to be able to speak with a true manager of this restaurant, but figure they are busy enough & our business means nothing.
