We ordered two 20x40 inch panes of 1/8 inch clear glass from Viking Glass in North Canton on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Nothing fancy. The order was to be ready that Friday afternoon. No problem. I stop in to pick up the order on Friday at 2:30 and it's not ready. I'm told to come back in an hour. I come back and then I'm told that they are out of that type of glass and it won't be ready until Monday!!!! What kind of customer service is that?!?! Why didn't they call us to let us know? Why wasn't I told the first time I was there? We will never use Viking Glass again. Cardinal Glass in Canton had the order ready in an hour and was $22 cheaper!
