I've done business with this company before only because they are who my employer used previouly, so when I call I know what to expect when it comes to customer service. When I called to schedule a repair, as usual the lady at the end of the phone was rude. She even went as far to say ""what is your problem"" to me and slammed the phone done without saying good-bye. I called her back and cancelled the service call and I will never call there again and I will never recommend them to anyone else. They are also listed as Phoenix Resturant Equip.
