I had one of the worst customer service experience from this dealership. I called Friday evening for a car and after price and other details, i was promised by dealer to hold/reserve my car to pick up on sunday since it was more than 200 miles drive for me. On saturday evening, when i called to check what i needed to bring for paperwork, i was told that the car has been sold to someone else that morning. They said that reserve/hold has no meaning and whoever comes with cash fast, gets the car. I was not even notified and felt cheated and the sales rep/managers were rude and highly unprofessional (i even heard them laughing on the phone over the matter)
