We wanted to purchase a Tempurdpedic mattress, but were'nt quite sure if we would like it. We asked about their exchange policy and they said we had One exhcange, which is true but they negelected to tell us that if we exchanged for something cheaper that money money is non-refundable. So we made the exchange and lost the $1,000 difference. What can you expect from sales people. Read th fine print!
