difficult to work with; weeks have gone by trying to get a callback on major product warranty issues. no support after the sale. dealer doesn't return calls to solve the problem. save yourself headaches and shop elsewhere. with eight week order lead time, i was shipped andersen product damaged before it was shipped, unable to install and unable to replace. another three weeks time elapsed i still have no installation. major frustration.
