I used to deal with them, but since they do mostly Internet orders, they don't have time for the local people anymore. It's mostly the same people working there. (And I always get stuck with the same goof every time) Most of the good local stores are gone (like the Parts Dept.) so I would recommend (I never thought I would say this) Murray's or auto zone from now on. I repair all my vehicles myself, and do quite a bit of work on them, so I can say this isn't just one bad experience that's made me feel this way.
Pros: They can get anything.
Cons: They are rude and arrogant
