Charged me $210.00 to tell me I needed a new $6000 heating and air unit. Called another contractor and found out that all I needed was a new fan motor. It has been 3 years and the old unit is still working fine. When I contacted him, he would not answer my letters or refund my money. Avoid Jim Holder Heating & Air at all costs.
