The doctor was supposed to call me prior to doing any procedures on my cat. Apparently, she couldn't be bothered. I didn't find out until I picked my cat up that the doctor had performed not one, but two tooth extractions.
Pros: none:unhappy with the vet and the staff
Cons: doctor too busy to consult before surgery, rude staff
