I rented an outdoor space for over 5 years and the previous management was terrific. I always paid on time and paid 6 months rent at a time because the previous manager guaranteed that if I had to cancel after prepaying I would get a refund of unused months (but no prorated refund for part of a month).
Pros: Clean facility
Cons: Manager has no business working with people
