We were referred to Hartshorn by Frigidaire as an authorized factory repair service. Our new front loader was working perfectly, but we had issues with mildew and also an intermittant noise during the spin cycle. The repairperson came out yesterday and looked at our washer. Last night, when I tried to wash some clothes, the water didn't completely drain during the rinse cycle --leaving the clothes sopping wet -- too wet to put in the dryer. Never had a problem like this prior to the service call. Obviously, something the service did touched off this problem. When I called Hartsforn this morning -- I was told I would have to wait until Monday for them to come out and fix the problem. This problem was obviously a result of something the repairperson accidentally did during the course of the service call. Very poor customer service and no manager to complain to since this is a family-run business. You're just stuck if there's a problem.
