We couldn't find a good fireplace distributor in our area, no one had real knowledge or they tried to rip us off with their high prices. We called and spoke to John and he helped us right away. He was knowledgeable and got right back to us. He helped us get the doors for the fp and talked to us about the flu pipe fitting and would be the safest choice, as well as how to make it fit the existing pipe which already was bent in a certain direction. The work is now done and it looks great, getting reading to order another set of doors.
