After using Vern's for a number of years, I am sincerely disappointed. Vern's has gone from a small facility to a large facility. Everything has deteriorated from workmanship, communication (amount of time work will take), scheduling(changed 3 times), to billing. I would not recommend Vern's Auto to anyone, and I will not go back.
