They are not members of the better business burro for a reason. Please, please, please take your business elsewhere. Shannon jeweler employees are unprofessional, judgmental, and try to bully you into a sale. We were treated poorly and were not felt welcomed. The jewelry is of poor quality and the prices are way way WAY above competitors. My fiancé and I were in the store browsing and Mr. Shannon (the owner) came fuming in the front door and starting yelling to his staff about the people who rent the space next to his shop. He was yelling about parking! Really!? How ridiculous and immature. And I could not believe he was yelling and throwing a tantrum in front of customers. We walked right out. ||[]
