I called Roto-Rooter this morning at 6:30 about an underground water pipe leak. I thought I would have to wait all day for service, but Jeff was knocking on my door by 8:30am. Overall, I appreciated that he didn't just correct the problem and hand me a bill. Jeff took the time to show me the extracted damaged pipe, explain why the leak occurred, show me the newly connected replacement pipe, and tell me what to be mindful of in the future. He gave me his business card, in the event I have any future questions or concerns, which I won't hesitate to use.
