This company represents the worst in small business. I booked a car to/from Carmichael/SFO. The only thing I can say that is positive is they showed up on time. On a day when it was over 100 degrees, they sent a car for my entire family with no air conditioning. I cannot begin to describe the discomfort of riding to San Francisco in that sauna. I called their office to try and get a different car and/or lodge a complaint. I was told the manager was at lunch. She never called back. I phoned again from SFO and was told she was still at lunch. I tried to call from Europe and asked to speak with the owner of this company. He wasn't there either. I left a message. He never called back. I called again. I was told he'd call me within the hour. He didn't. They sent a different car to pick us up upon our return. This vehicle also had bad A/C. Some vents were fine; others blew out warm air. I again tried to reach the owner(s) of Baja to no avail. I finally complained about the charges to American Express, who issued a temporary credit. This was later reversed when a manager at Baja flat out lied to AmEx in saying that the cars were fine and that the A/C was working. My only recourse now is to try and prevent others from suffering thru this same situation. The broken A/C would have been bad enough, but just unfortunate. It is this company's complete and total disregard for their customers and any semblance of customer service that are truly amazing. Save yourself the trouble and book your next limo with any company except this one. Terrible!
