lisa starts out each time asking how you're doing, how is your body. she tailors each session to the individual and to the way that person is feeling that day. the movements are as challenging as you want, and even after 10 years, remain interesting. i leave every class feeling aligned, awake and alive. lisa is calm, consistent and a lovely person. i look forward to seeing her. try it!
