This company has a real good grasp on helpful customer service. Server Intellect has always answered the phone when I call, and always goes out on a limb to help me. I am not a teckkie and it is nice to know that there is a company who really goes out of their way to help you. I never once felt like I was being talked down to because I did not understand a tech term or how something should work. Server Intellect has been great to me. and my website is always working. If your looking for a feel good company Server Intellect has the people in place to help you.
