I won't bore you with all the details, so let me just sum it up quickly. They overseeded my yard last fall with the wrong variety of fescue - a shade type - which promptly died of course in the bright summer sunshine and heat. Large patches of my lawn now sport ugly dead grass. When the owner finally came over to check it out he basically tried to shift the blame to me, the grass seed manufacturer, and my current lawn service. Not once did he own up to the fact that he made a mistake nor did he offer to work with me in any fashion. I could tell you a lot more, but my advice is to avoid Rivergreen like the plague.
